GENERAL COMMISSION TERMS

Commissions are for Personal Use unless otherwise stated and agreed upon. If you wish to use a piece as promotional materials or stream asset it must be discussed. Additional fees may apply and credit must be attributed somewhere.

Payment upfront through PayPal invoice in USD only. Refunds will not be accepted. Only if the artist must cancel an order will the client receive a full refund. I reserve the right to refuse any commission, or to cancel and refund an order at any time.

Visual References Appreciated. If no visual reference is available and you are not ordering a character design / sheet, please contact me before placing an order.

Unless the client requests otherwise, progress work may be streamed to Petra's Twitch. I reserve the right to display the work on my portfolio and socials.

Updates will be provided regularly through messaging and a Trello board. Communication will take place through email or Twitter DMs, whichever the client prefers.

LIVE2D TERMS

Please indicate whether you are ordering Rigging, Model Art, or Both. I offer both as a set for a discounted rate. Additional fees may apply if a provided model art must be cut for proper rigging.

I do not offer Rush Orders. VTuber models take a lot of time and care, and I will not offer any sort of rush delivery. If you are interested in getting a model ASAP please fill out an order to get an estimate or message me about waitlisting.

I highly recommend using VTube Studio for face tracking. My own Rig is set up through this software and iOS. Not all features may work in other software. Please indicate which software you are planning on using when placing an order.

Revisions will be allowed on a good-will basis. Changes are permitted and encouraged in the sketch phase. However if the client begins asking for too many revisions, or for art revisions after the approved color sketch phase, additional fees will be charged.

Additional outfits, hair and add-ons will incur extra fees. A model comes defaulted with one outfit and one hairstyle, additional pieces can be discussed. Requesting the model be nude with plans for additional outfits in the future will require discussion and a price increase.
